We (2nd year Painting/Printmaking) went on a study trip to London to visit galleries.  Being so far away in Glasgow when the tuition fee protests were going on, I felt I could not make my voice heard.  This is an important issue so i went to Speaker’s Corner in London to make a point.  I thought the opening lines to Allen Ginsberg’s powerful poem ‘Howl’ were very appropriate relating with the tuition fee rise and cuts to arts.  The intention was to leave my sign there for people to see, but i didn’t really want to ‘litter’ the park so i decided to take a few pictures.  If you want to see anymore artists work on this issue then please click the image.
